Most people have heard of these plans offered through AFLAC. Our plans offer similar benefits. An
accident plan helps you pay for the medical cost and out-of- pocket costs that you may incur after an
accidental injury or illness. This includes emergency treatment, dislocation or fracture, ambulance
services, eye surgery, blood and plasma, medical supplies, etc.

Broken leg $1,500
5 inch laceration (cut) $300
2-5 inch laceration $150
3 rd degree burn $900
