Cornerstone Assurance BLET Group Life Insurance Beneficiary Change Sep 18, 2021 The BLET National Division provides all active and retired members with an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefit at no cost to the member. The National Division is pleased to announce that as of June 1, 2017, this benefit is now being provided through Berkley Accident and Health Insurance Company, a top-rated insurer with an AM Best Financial Strength Rating of A+ (Superior). The Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit remains $4,000 for every active and retired member. This benefit is now being administered by Cornerstone Benefits Management (Cornerstone). If you wish to designate beneficiaries you can do so by clicking on the blue “Designate Beneficiaries” button below or by calling us at (847) 387-3555.
